1. PRODUCTS
Our jewelry is handmade from natural Baltic amber. Every piece is unique, 
and color, bubbles, and inclusions vary naturally. Photos are as accurate 
as possible, but colors may look different depending on your screen. 
Sizes and measurements are approximate.

2. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are listed in [USD]. We may change prices at any time without 
notice. Payment is due in full when you place your order. We reserve the 
right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or 
suspected fraud, and will refund you in full if we do.

3. AVAILABILITY
Most pieces are one of a kind. If an item sells out before your order is 
processed, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

4. SHIPPING
Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by 
carriers, customs, or events outside our control. International customers 
are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All sales are final. Please see our Refund Policy for details on damaged 
or incorrect items.

6. CARE AND USE
Amber is a natural, delicate material. We are not responsible for damage 
caused by drops, heat, chemicals, perfume, or improper care.

None of our jewelry is intended for babies or young children. Small parts 
and beads may present a choking hazard. Keep all jewelry out of reach of 
children.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site, including photos, text, and designs, belongs to 
Baltic Brilliance and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Baltic Brilliance is not liable for 
any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products 
or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for 
your order.

9. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted 
on this page.
