RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. Each Baltic Brilliance piece is handmade from natural 
Baltic amber and most are one of a kind, so we cannot accept returns or 
exchanges for change of mind.

Natural amber varies in color, bubbles, and inclusions. These are part of 
its beauty, not defects. Colors and sizing may look slightly different on your screen.

Damaged or wrong item? Email us within 72 hours of 
delivery with your order number and photos. We will make it right with a 
repair, replacement, or refund.

EU and UK customers may cancel within 14 days of delivery as required by 
law. Items must be unworn and in original packaging, and the customer pays 
return shipping. This does not apply to custom or personalized pieces.
